Hi! Thanks for making my blog one of your stops on the Get Wicked with Entangled Blog Hop.

Here’s what you do:  read the blog post, leave a comment before midnight PST on Tuesday, October 28, and one lucky winner will be selected to win a $5 Starbucks card as a Trick-or-Treat prize. Winner announced here by 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 30. You’re eligible for the prize regardless of where you live if you can be emailed a Starbuck’s gift card.

My name is Miranda Liasson and I have a lighthearted and sexy contemporary romance coming out with Indulgence in 2015. It’s a classic enemies-to-lovers story that takes place in a small town with a hot billionaire and a well-meaning and loyal graphic designer who would do anything to help her family. And they have some seriously hot chemistry going on!  Here’s the blurb:

When a desperate graphic designer wins her venture capitalist ex-lover in a bachelor auction and brings him home to their small town in a last-ditch effort to stop his hostile takeover of her family’s shoe company, she must decide between her intense bonds of family loyalty and the old sweetheart she never stopped loving.

Hope you stop back in the next month or two when I’m able post my title and release date!

So, to celebrate Halloween and the fact that I’ll soon be an Entangled author, I thought I’d post some pet Halloween pictures.

(Okay, the one on the left isn’t exactly Halloweenish but hey, free pet photos that can be used  without a problem on the Internet aren’t exactly easy to come by :))

And then there are the less professional photos of pets in Halloween attire, starring my personal pets, Maggie the Yellow Lab (aka Margaret when she’s naughty), and Posey, the ridiculously spoiled cat.

Attention: It should be noted that no pets were harmed during this exercise, only given hugs and treats.

After this brief experience in quasi-dressing up my pets, I decided that their role on Halloween would be better served to stay in their au natural state and help me greet the Halloweeners at the door.

For a chance to win a $5 Starbucks gift card, leave a comment below.

My cats all have claws so I have never contemplated dressing them up, they are also not stranger friendly so I expect them to disappear if any trick or treaters knock at the door. Liked your FB page Anne M.

Thanks, Anne! I hear you about the cats. Mine barely tolerated the crown for the length of time it took to take the pic 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

I also liked your Facebook page, Miranda. How could I not have done that sooner? Good luck with your books coming out in 2015. I’ll head on over to your Facebook page & post a pic of Mary wearing her Christmas duds. That’s as close as I can get to Halloween.

    Liked your FB Miranda. 🙂

Ack. I don’t have a picture I can easily pull up but I have an adorable Scottish Fold-Russian Blue that we found a little white color and burgandy bow-tie collar for that is sooo cute. Alas, he doesn’t agree. 😉

Thanks, Rhianna! I googled Scottish Fold and Russian Blue and just learned they are cats! I’m trying to picture what a mix of the two would be! Pretty!
